Skilled home health nursing care is intermittent skilled services for the purpose of restoring and maintaining a maximal level of function and health. Get Well provide these services by helping residents with activities of daily living, such as:
- bathing
- dressing
- maneuvering in and out of bed and/or walking
- personal hygiene
- eating
- incontinence
